First AfriAlliance Conference to take place in Ekurhuleni, South-Africa

Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality and the LoCS4 Africa Congress - organized by ICLEI - will be hosting the inaugural launch Conference of AfriAlliance, taking place from 22 to 24 March, 2017. The Conference and Congress will run in parallel.

The AfriAlliance Conference takes two and a half days, coinciding with World Water Day. It will present the AfriAlliance Action Groups and their areas of focus; showcase African research, innovation, policy and capacity development initiatives that are looking for European partners and vice versa; and provide the opportunity to obtain inputs and suggestions for further shaping AfriAlliance’s activities.

LoCS4Africa 2017 will focus on water for cities, Integrated Urban Water Management and climate change. ICLEI's Congress series connects local and sub-national authorities with business and industry, investors, scientists, technical experts, development partners, national governments and civil society.

    1. Dear Daniel,
Thanks for your message. Unfortunately there’s no sponsorship available from our side. We encourage you to seek alternative avenues and we hope to see you in Ekurhuleni.
