The Dutch Fund for Climate and Development (DFCD)
The Dutch Fund for Climate and Development (DFCD) enables private sector investment in projects aimed at climate adaptation and mitigation in developing countries. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs has made €160 available million to increase the resilience of communities and ecosystems most vulnerable to climate change.

The DFCD is managed by a pioneering consortium of Climate Fund Managers (CFM), World Wide Fund for Nature Netherlands (WWF-NL) and SNV Netherlands Development Organisation, led by the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank, FMO.

You are invited, along with other exciting guest speakers, investors, Dutch business leaders, NGO’s and interesting partners, to join us in celebrating this milestone during an introduction session on the Dutch Fund for Climate and Development. We look forward to introducing the Consortium and to sharing the ins and outs of this important new fund, which will be an additional instrument in support of the Dutch Government’s efforts to contribute to the Paris Agreement and the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
