Online Workshop: Bridging to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through Action Learning

ESD Expert Net South Africa presents the online workshop: Bridging to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through Action Learning!

Through a year-long mentoring for ESD-Leadership programme, young sustainability professionals have been engaging with the SDGs in Mexico, India, South Africa and Germany. In this online workshop, five South African mentees will share their action learning and how it links to the SDGs. The workshop will also explore modules such as:

  • The SDG bookmark with mother-tongue linkages
  • Puzzling Climate Change – a picture-building innovation
  • Post COVID learning and sustainability innovation practices through WhatsApp group chat
  • miniSASS; SDG 6.3.2 and other Citizen Science Tools
  • The Hand-Print CARE resource

The workshop will be hosted by Prof Rob O'Donoghue and Dr. Jim Taylor with support from Charlene Russell at GroundTruth.

The workshop will be offered twice to accommodate time differences:

Option 1: Register now (12.30 – 13.30 (SAST) 11.30-12.30 (CET) Delhi 9-10am)

Option 2: Register now (17h00-18h00 (SATS) Mexico time (9-10am))
