Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and the African Research Impact Network (ARIN) are pleased to announce that the 12-month bilingual NDC Financing Fellowship Programme (NDC - FFP) is now open for applications for policymakers and researcher from Sub-Saharan Africa.

Nationally determined contributions (NDCs) are central to achieving the long-term goals of the Paris Agreement and embody each country’s efforts to address climate change. NDC-FFP, funded by the International Development Research Institute (IDRC), supports, promotes and trains 50 exceptional individuals who are interested in further enhancing their knowledge and skills on NDC financing. The programme aims to empower the participants to learn about different ways to finance commitments mentioned in the submitted NDCs, to meet and exchange with other fellows and exchange with policy experts and researchers working in the field of NDC finance.

  • You work in a policy-related field or you are a researcher in climate/NDC finance and/or development?
  • You are a highly motivated and committed person from a Sub-Saharan African country?

If you think, you match these criteria and would like to enhance your knowledge in NDC financing and assuming responsibility within a global network of researchers and professionals in this field, then send in your full application.

Application Deadline: July 31st, 2020 (11:59 pm CET)
